Web Developer

Responsibilities Include:

• Working in team of three in administrating product roadmaps as defined by TransGaming product management and marketing teams.
  
• Supporting and maintaining corporate, community and e-commerce/web store web sites.
  
• Enhancing usability, functionality, and appearance of existing web pages.
  
• Verifying and proofing other team members work.
  
• Documenting progress and completion of tasks in project task tracker.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years web programming experience, including experience with PHP and Perl.
  
• Experience in relational database design and SQL (e.g. MySQL).
  
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTTP, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML).
  
• Experience working in a Linux environment (e.g. bash, vi).
  

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with MVC and web programing frameworks (e.g. Smarty, HTML::Mason).
  
• Experience in graphics design and image manipulation.
  
• Experience in creating interactive, animated web designs with Adobe Flash.
  
• Experience with localization.
  
• Apache web server administration.
  
• Familiarity with best practices in building secure web applications.
  
• Experience with web marketing (e.g. SOE, personalization, analytics integration).
